OKTAL’s Airport Driving simulator basic package is delivered with:

• 5 vehicle models for training (standard vehicle, bus, pushback, fire truck, fuel truck),

• More than 70 vehicle models for traffic (cars, trucks, aircrafts, pedestrians …),

• 1 generic airport with one main runway,

• 7 simple training scenarios on the generic airport.

The OKTAL Airport Driving Simulator can be composed of trainee and supervisor workstations.

OKTAL can also provide the ADS product in a higher quality standing

General features:

• Uses a generic and physical driving interface which reproduces the driving layout of controls and instruments of the different vehicles.

• Collision management for taking into account each vehicle’s particularity and each airport.

• Coupling simulators to a Learning Management System (LMS SCORM), scoring tools, multi-lingual tool

• Connection possible between different simulators for immerging several actors in the same scenario for group exercises, respecting GAIA Interoperability standards

• Communication management with the control tower, the other vehicles and aircraft.

In addition, this training system is equipped with an automatic tool for reproducing specific airports and their vertical and horizontal runway and ground markings.
