SCANeRTMstudio Military is used to evaluate a vehicle's mobility in difficult conditions: bumpy track, obstacles, soft ground, steep slope, high banking, low grip, etc...

Obstacle crossing
The vehicle's geometry, tire characteristics, weight and transmission influence the computation of it's obstacle crossing ability. The crossing of the largest obstacle of a given size can be analyzed, solutions to increase obstacle crossing performance can be found and the strain on chassis components can be computed.
Vehicle mobility
Once the vehicle model is validated with real acquisition data, SCANeRTMstudio Military can be used to evaluate operational characteristics on a given tactical route. Values for ETA, fuel consumption and supply
can be computed with input from ground surface, ground profile, ground hardness and distance. These values can be determined for economical, civil, operational or stealth usage patterns.
HLA simulators
The sophisticated vehicle model made with SCANeRTMstudio Military can be used in real time in existing or future battlefield simulators using the industry standard HLA interface.
Tracked vehicle and advanced soft ground modeling are optional.
